Gay Rights Group “Bitch Slap” Hillary

Gay groups bitch slap Hillary about not supporting gay marriage. Don’t they know that Hillary can’t show her true feelings on issues if she wants to get the nomination. It’s all about picking issues that the majority of voters want, gay marriage is not one of them. But rest assure, she will be with them IF she gets into the White House. Today it’s all about how to fool the public.

The head of New York’s leading gay rights group has sent out a memo calling Hillary Clinton’s refusal to support gay marriage a "disappointment" and a reason why the group’s board shouldn’t help raise money for her campaign.

In the Feb. 10 memo, marked "confidential" and sent via e-mail to board members of the Empire State Pride Agenda, Executive Director Alan Van Capelle refused to "lend my name and sell tickets" to a gay-oriented fund-raiser for Clinton’s re-election.

The memo - a copy of which was obtained by the New York Observer - states that supporting a gay fund-raiser for Clinton "will actually hurt our community. It will send a message to other elected officials that you can be working against us during this critical time and not suffer a negative pushback from the gay community.

The memo stated, "We have become a community that throws money at politicians and we demand nothing in return. And that’s what we get - nothing. It’s the wrong message to send."

Van Capelle goes on the say that Hillary is "a complete disappointment and does not deserve" a fund-raiser from the gay community."

Clinton opposes gay marriage as "a consequence of her Midwestern Methodist upbringing, her generally cautious political sensibility, her own personal marriage history, something else entirely, or a combination of these factors," according to a report about Van Capelle’s memo on the National Journal’s Web site The Hotline.

According to the Observer, Democrats have basically sought to protect "traditional marriage" while at the same time attemped to appeal to the "donor-rich" gay community by supporting domestic partner benefits, AIDS research and other efforts popular among gays.

"Increasingly, that’s not enough for gay Democrats," Ben Smith writes in the Observer.

Hillary on Offensive on Port Controversy - but forgets naval port to be turned over to Communist Chinese.

Hillary has taken the offensive in attacking the Port controversy making statements like: " These choices reveal a disheartening pattern of ideology, influence and incompetence that we have seen, and they violate our values and our interests," Clinton said. "I don’t claim that Democrats are always right, but we are far more likely to make choices that reflect the values and advance the well-being of the American people."

But during the Clinton Co-Presidency a plot by the Clinton administration to turn over a naval port facility to a Chinese military-owned shipping company called COSCO

COSCO: A COMMUNIST CHINESE-OWNED COMPANY (House of Representatives - April 15, 1997)

Several officers in the Marine Corps have raised questions about why the Clinton administration favored turning over a military base in Long Beach, CA to the Chinese ocean shipping company, Cosco, over the protest of marine reserve battalion made homeless by the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Briefings on the firm fail to convince many of its members. The CIA, the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the Coast Guard reinforced the view that Cosco’s strong link with the Chinese Government is a fatal flaw in its proposal to deliver the base to a company.

The chairman of one of these two Chinese arms companies implicated in the scheme to smuggle the 2,000 illegal Chinese-made weapons into Oakland aboard COSCO’s ship had coffee in the White House in an affair associated with D.C. fundraising. Officials of the weapons company were indicted for shipping those arms.

On the campaign trail last year and in a White House meeting in 1995, President Clinton endorsed the proposal to transfer land of the Long Beach Naval shipyard to COSCO, but it was this March, 1995, the White House radio address that had critics talking. A COSCO advisor was among the Chinese businessmen invited to hear the President in the oval office just two days after a California businessman, Johnny Chung, made a $50,000 donation to the DNC and hand-delivered it to Mrs. Clinton’s chief of staff Margaret Williams, CBS Evening News, March 11, 1997.

Shortly after the Long Beach Naval shipyard land transfer was arranged, the Clinton administration helped arrange, listen to this, Mr. Speaker, in the President’s budget that he submitted, he gave free, no strings, gave to Communist China $50 million to burn a coal burning plant, after these meetings and after these DNC fund-raisers from the Chinese. He can cut impact aid for education, but he can also give $50 million to Communist China in the name of trade and just give it. That is not fair trade.

He also gave a multimillion dollar loan to build 5 Communist Chinese ships, COSCO ships, in a nonrecourse loan. What that means, Mr. Speaker, this is a loan of some $137 million, which may not be much to many Members around this body, but you ask the American people, $137 million of their taxpayers’ dollars back up a nonrecourse loan to Communist China, a state-controlled company by Communist China, and if they forfeit, who is left holding the bag? The United States taxpayers. Our own ship builders do not have access to this type of loan, Mr. Speaker. Incredible. But yet the administration gives Communist China.

Can Hillary Change Her Stripes?

Great read here folks!:

Hillary Clinton shares many of the hallmarks of the Empress Messalina, wife of the despotic Caligula, who once ruled the Roman Empire.

Hillary came up during the fighting days of feminism, fueled in more recent years by anger at Bill’s successes with the ladies. She can’t leave Bill; he is her door-opener, able to secure for her the Democrats’ presidential nomination and perhaps even return her to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

No more off-the-cuff remarks mocking women who stay at home "baking cookies"; no more "vast, right-wing conspiracies" or likening of the House of Representatives to a plantation.

However, Hillary has not yet been returned to the U.S. Senate or given the role of Democrat standard-bearer. Her inventions of invincibility are beginning to disentangle and her strongest supporters — the anti-war left wing of the Democratic Party and the radical labor unions — are thoroughly alienated.

Hillary’s political hope is that she can get out of Bill’s shadow long enough to pretend that she has his charisma and charm without his weaknesses. If she can achieve this, not only the Democratic Party but many other misguided and misinformed people may forget her years of disasters, and mislay their loathing for her socialist politics and the suspicions that the name Clinton creates.

Hillary Playing Race Card AGAIN!

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton slammed private-school voucher proposals yesterday, predicting that vouchers would eventually lead to the creation of taxpayer-financed white supremacist academies - or even a government-funded "School of the Jihad."

…President George W. Bush has long favored laws that require states to provide vouchers, a position that earned him the allegiance of conservative Christian groups that have clamored for public education dollars.

"First family that comes and says ‘I want to send my daughter to St. Peter’s Roman Catholic School’ and you say ‘Great, wonderful school, here’s your voucher,’" Clinton said. "Next parent that comes and says, ‘I want to send my child to the school of the Church of the White Supremacist …’ The parent says, ‘The way that I read Genesis, Cain was marked, therefore I believe in white supremacy. … You gave it to a Catholic parent, you gave it to a Jewish parent, under the Constitution, you can’t discriminate against me.’"

As an adoring, if somewhat puzzled, audience of Bronx activists looked on, Clinton added, "So what if the next parent comes and says, ‘I want to send my child to the School of the Jihad? … I won’t stand for it.

"

Schools of Jihad? Church of the White Supremacist? "Cain was marked, therefore I believe in white supremacy?" Holly Cow?
There are already voucher programs in parts of the US that are working marviously!

Hillary Clinton sent her daughter, Chelsea to an exclusive private school. So, what’s her real problem with allowing ordinary parents (the little people), who aren’t as wealthy as the Clintons, to get the same kind of education for their children?

Just like many prominent Democrats, she’s in bed deep with  the teachers’ unions for money and manpower so she has to relentlessly adhere to their positions on their failed issues even if the children suffer for it? Unfortunatley it seems that’s precisily what her opposition to vouchers is really all about… protecting the teachers’ unions from being exposed as failures.

Why Hillary Clinton is so disliked

Why Hillary Clinton is so disliked

In Kathleen Parker’s op-ed piece, she asks what sets people off concerning Hillary Clinton.

1. Hillary Clinton rode the coattails of her husband for all it was worth. She worked on the Committee to Impeach Nixon after Bill Clinton turned it down. Bill Clinton became attorney general in Arkansas and she joined the Rose Law Firm. He became governor; she became a partner. She was representing companies who were doing business with the state.

2. She’s incompetent. Clinton put her in charge of education in Arkansas and scores immediately plummeted. She was put in charge of making a new health plan when Bill Clinton became a president and it was a fiasco. Hillary Clinton promised 200,000 new jobs in upstate New York when she ran for the Senate. They are still waiting.

3. There are also ethical concerns. We all remember Cattlegate, where she claimed to have run $1,000 up to $100,000 by following The Wall Street Journal. It was just a payoff from Tyson Foods. She had the travel office people fired because she wanted her people in.

She used the IRS and the Department of Justice to intimidate her enemies.

She claims she was named for Sir Edmund Hillary, although he climbed Mount Everest after she was born. She didn’t write "It Takes a Village." It was done by Barbara Feinman.

She was given a half-interest in Whitewater although she put up no money.

Two years after special prosecutor Ken Starr subpoenaed billing records, she suddenly discovered them in the White House residence.

Hillary Clinton removed truckloads of merchandise from the White House when her husband’s term was up.

These are just some of the reasons why Hillary Clinton is so disliked.

Hillary the Train Wreck

Over at Wizbang, GREAT read… here is a teaser:

So Hillary has it all. She has the name recognition, approval of her party, money which she can transfer from her senate race to prime the pump, access to all the key democratic players and media directly or through her husband and the desire to be president. The only thing that can stop Hillary is Hillary deciding not to run. And that’s when you see the other car come into the picture and the inevitability of the wreck happening.

And if you think the democratic left wing is upset now, wait until they lose in 2008. Because in 2012, the electoral votes will have shifted further to the red states that went for Bush in 2000 and 2004. The coat tails in 2008 are likely to further shift the house and senate to the republicans. In 2012, the Supreme Court justices on the left will be 92 (Stevens), 79 (Ginsberg), 74 (Breyer) and 73 (Souter). So the court is likely to see 2 or 3 judges like Roberts and Alito replace some of the current justices. The far left will be tearing their hair out in frustration and the democratic party establishment will continue to wander through the political wilderness. The conservatives of the republican party were in a similar position in 1964, and they built up their position in the party to give it a clear message of what it stood for. It wasn’t easy; the conservatives played a long game, not just looking to the next election. Now they have a firm position in the republican party. The liberals in the democratic part don’t seem to have the vision or stick-to-it-ness to make similar changes in the democratic party. They are seen as suicide troops to contribute in hopeless causes as long as it doesn’t impede the democratic establishment’s privileges. So expect to see a continuing cycle of liberals running around bald after tearing their hair out and democratic losses in a continuing cascade of national elections.

Hillary Clinton to speak at Latino event

I have this sneaky feeling based on nothing really. That Hillary has been secretly learning to speak fluent Spanish. So she can unleash her Spanish Speaking skills in the 2008 election. The media would fall all over themselves in what a brilliant move it would be "reaching out" to our Hispanic Friends and how she really cares for each and every one of them. Just a wild theory I have about Queen Hillary doing anything she can to get votes.

Freefall?

The Poll numbers continue to drop for the "annointed one" Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s numbers are down across the board:

– 44 percent of survey respondents now say that Clinton "should not run" for president in 2008 — up from 37 percent who felt that way last year.

–The percentage of registered voters who say Clinton "should run" slipped from 53 percent to 51 percent over the past year.

Some people think that is "falling in polls" is all staged. In an attempt to take the crosshairs off of Hillary and to set the stage for the political comeback not seen since… Bill Clinton. The media will rally to her and paint her as a Super Candidate… we will keep an eye on this theory!

Rice Rises, Clinton Slips!

Rice rises, Clinton slips in poll Survey found 79 percent of participants were willing to vote for a woman as president

WASHINGTON — Growing numbers of Americans oppose a presidential bid by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., in 2008 — and favor a run by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice — amid broad public willingness to elect a woman president, according to a nationwide poll released Sunday.

Some 48 percent of survey participants said Rice "should run" for president at the conclusion of President Bush’s two terms — an increase of 6 percentage points over a similar survey a year ago.

But Clinton saw opposition to her own presidential bid grow over the same period. Some 44 percent of survey respondents now say that Clinton "should not run" for president in 2008 — up from 37 percent who felt that way last year.
